Who we are

Laval University’s Alérion Supermileage is a project run by students in the institution’s faculty of science and engineering whose objective is to build the most fuel-efficient single-seat vehicle possible. This undertaking is in line with the increase in environmental conscience that encourages the development of greener everyday technology.

With over thirty students playing a role within the team, motor, steering, transmission, electronics, chassis, shell and many more components are continuously studied and improved. The design and building of a vehicle is the perfect complement to studies in the field of engineering with practical applications of math, physics, technical design, project management, etc. leading to concrete and satisfying results.
